Has the CLAT pattern changed for my exam?+

No. The Consortium has officially confirmed the pattern and syllabus for 2027 are unchanged. What it confirmed is that paper setters will adopt the Committee’s recommendations to improve question quality wherever feasible. So the format stays the same, and the questions are what have been told to get harder.

What does "no findable answers" actually mean?+

In most books you can scan the passage, find the sentence matching an option, and circle it. The Committee called that "mere recognition." In this workbook not one question can be solved that way. Every answer needs inference, tone, attribution or comparison.

Is this only for the English section?+

It trains reading, and the Committee found the current paper tests broadly the same limited reading skill across several sections. So the passages span the kinds of material the exam uses. It is not a substitute for section-wise technique in Legal Reasoning or Quant, and we will not pretend otherwise.

Are these reprinted newspaper articles?+

No. Every passage is original or drawn from public-domain literature, written at the difficulty the Committee asked for. Clean, exam-shaped material you will not find elsewhere.

What is Level 5?+

Level 5 opens in October, inside Volume 2, built only for readers who have worked through the Workbook. Finishing the Workbook on or before 15 October is what makes you ready for Level 5.

Why are there no Level 1 or Level 2 passages?+

Because you can already solve them. Easy passages fill pages and build false confidence. Every passage in the Workbook sits at Level 3 or above, which is where the exam actually decides your rank. The level tool on this page shows you the difference.

Can I see the passages before I buy?+

How do I pay, and why is delivery a little more?+
